学院位于广州市繁华地带天河区中心，占地面积20亩。学院拥有九层教学大楼及六层综合服务楼各一幢，可供三百人同时进餐的食堂，装备一流的现代化教学设施、期刊室和电子图书馆、语言实验室、电脑实验室和多功能会议厅。学院后花园闹中取静、曲径通幽、水流潺潺、锦鲤嬉戏，是学子苦读之余歇息放松的理想场所。 　
Kingold Business School is situated in the CBD of Tianhe District of Guangzhou occupying an area of 20 acres. The School has a 9-story main building and a 6-story administrative support building. Within these two buildings, there is a school cafeteria with a capacity of 300 seats, classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art teaching facilities, an electronic library, a language lab, three computer labs and a multifunctional auditorium. The garden between the two buildings is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city with winding paths, riling streams and an ornamental fish pond. It is an excellent resting and mind-refreshing area for the students
