How to finding out key solution for certain kind of problem? How to lower down risk for decision? Finally how to think like a management master? All above is the good manager should think.

Ø      Module One: Thinking Power in Problem identification and situation analysis

Situation analysis is very important. How to analyze situation and identify problem is the key for finding out solution.

After finding out causes of problem, action for solving problem has to be done. However any action has the risk behind, therefore how to make a wise decision and lower down risk is the thing manager has to think.
